This covers material failures, finish degradation, and dimensional variance. Wear items including weather seals and gas struts are warranted for 3 years from purchase date.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos showing the defect. We’ll replace defective parts at no charge and cover return shipping. Normal wear, improper installation, and damage from accidents or modifications are excluded from warranty coverage.
Replacement lock cylinders ship keyed to a new key unless you specify keyed-alike service at checkout. For keyed-alike orders, mail your existing key to our parts facility or provide your key code (stamped on the original cylinder housing). We’ll cut new cylinders to match within 5 business days.
If you’ve lost your original key, we can re-key all cylinders to a new code. Order a complete set—typically two for side doors and one for the rear hatch—to maintain single-key convenience across all entry points.
